Staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though booking.com didn't hold up their end of the deal and failed to post payment for my reservation the staff allowed me to keep my reservation and stay the night I had reserved and said they would deal with booking.com and force payment from them. Crisis averted.

It was a bit bit noisy in the morning since we stayed in room 301. I believe it's near the front desk. Also, their blow dryer was broken, and I was unable to dry my hair since it was cold outside.

The guys working the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The bed was really comfortable! The breakfast was delicious! Showers had great pressure and hot water.

Vanessa at the front desk is so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great because Socorro is a hard worker and so kind and friendly. Best value as well!

The breakfast was really good. There was varieties of food , about anything you could want. The atmosphere was good and not over crowded.!
